A gentle morning ritual
A ten-minute start to the day: water, light, a few mobility movements and an unhurried breakfast — the simplest way to begin practising Asalas.

Mornings set the tone. This ritual takes about ten minutes and needs no equipment.
- Drink a glass of water before your first coffee or tea.
- Open a window or step outside for daylight.
- Roll your shoulders, circle your hips and ankles, and gently twist your spine — five slow breaths each.
- Sit down for breakfast, even for five minutes, away from your phone.
Keep it for a week, then notice how your mornings feel. Adjust anything that does not suit you.
